How do I get a quote?
Simply fill in our contact form or call us directly. We'll arrange a site visit, or an initial call for early-stage enquiries, to understand your project properly before providing a detailed, no-obligation quote. We don't do ballpark guesses; you'll receive a clear, itemised proposal so you know exactly what you're getting.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in London and work across the city and surrounding Home Counties, including Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Aylesbury, Watford, Luton, Harrow and High Wycombe. Not sure if we cover your location? Give us a call and we'll let you know.
How quickly can you start my project?
Availability varies depending on our current programme, but we typically plan project starts 4–8 weeks ahead. For urgent compliance works or reactive maintenance, we can often move more quickly. Contact us to discuss your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Projects & Process
Do you manage all trades, or do I need to hire separately?
We handle everything under one roof. Our team coordinates all trades, structural, electrical, plumbing, plastering, tiling, joinery and more, so you have a single point of contact throughout. No juggling multiple contractors, no gaps in responsibility.
Do you help with planning permission or building regulations?
We advise at the pre-planning stage and can tell you what's likely to need consent. All our works are carried out to Building Regulations standards, and we manage the inspection and sign-off process on your behalf where applicable. For planning applications, we can recommend trusted architects and planning consultants we work with regularly.
How do you handle budgets and unexpected costs?
We believe in full cost transparency. Your quote is itemised and agreed before any work begins. Where genuinely unforeseen issues arise, such as concealed structural problems, we'll flag them immediately, walk you through the options, and agree a way forward before proceeding. You'll never receive a surprise invoice.
For Developers
What size conversion projects do you take on?
We specialise in commercial-to-residential conversions of 4 to 60 units, offices, banks and commercial buildings converted into market-ready flats. We also work on smaller residential schemes and full-building refurbishments depending on programme fit.
Can you work to our own specification and programme?
Absolutely. We're experienced in working to developer schedules of works, bespoke specifications and tight handover programmes. We provide regular progress updates and operate transparently against agreed milestones, so you always know where your project stands.
For Homeowners
What happens during the initial consultation?
We'll visit your property, listen to what you have in mind, and give you honest advice before you commit to anything. There's no pressure and no obligation, if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
Do I need to move out while work is being carried out?
It depends on the scope. For smaller works, a new kitchen, bathroom or loft conversion, most clients stay in the property and we manage the disruption carefully, sealing off work areas and keeping your home as liveable as possible. For full-property renovations, we'll discuss the realistic options with you upfront so you can plan accordingly.
Can I see examples of your previous work?
