We delivered Sloane House, a 62-apartment development built as Main Contractor with new steel-framed floors, and the drylining and fire protection package at Cambridge Place. From large residential developments to single homes, every trade is managed under one roof.

About This Project

Sloane House is a residential development of 62 one and two-bedroom apartments arranged over ground, first, second and third floors. Appointed as Main Contractor, Kojo delivered the construction of additional floors using a structural steel frame and Metsec framing system, alongside the full drylining, plumbing, electrical and carpentry packages, taking the building through to finished, market-ready apartments.

About This Project

Cambridge Place is a three-storey residential development of 27 one and two-bedroom apartments. Kojo was appointed to deliver the drylining and fire protection works across the development, a specialist package executed to Building Regulations standard. The walkthrough below moves through the SFS-framed structure where that package was installed.
